These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the angin88 website and all associated services. By registering an account or accessing any part of the angin88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use angin88. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. angin88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
Each player may hold only one active angin88 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared.
Minimum deposit is RM 30. Withdrawals are processed to the originating payment method subject to identity verification. angin88 does not accept or return funds to third-party accounts.
All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms including wagering requirements. Attempting to abuse bonus programmes — including multi-accounting — will result in account suspension.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated tools, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. angin88 employs transaction monitoring and reserves the right to void bets placed in breach of these terms.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing the angin88 Platform or registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them, together with angin88's Privacy Policy and all game-specific rules published on the Platform.
2.2 If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing the angin88 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.
2.3 angin88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Players will be notified of material changes via the registered email address on their Account.
3.1 Age Requirement. Registration on angin88 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. angin88 may request documentary proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence within 72 hours of request may result in Account suspension and withholding of any balance pending verification.
3.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on angin88. The existence of duplicate Accounts — whether intentional or otherwise — is a material breach of these Terms. angin88 will close duplicate Accounts and may withhold any associated balance pending investigation.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, complete, and current personal information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.
3.4 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using angin88 is lawful in your jurisdiction. angin88 does not represent that the Platform is legal for use in any particular territory. Players in Malaysia are responsible for their own compliance with applicable local laws.
3.5 Prohibited Persons. Employees, directors, and contractors of angin88 and its affiliated companies, together with their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in real money gaming on the Platform.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your angin88 username and password. angin88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
4.2 You must notify angin88 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. Until such notification is received, angin88 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access.
4.3 angin88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA can be activated via Account Settings → Security.
4.4 Sessions left open on shared or public devices are your responsibility. angin88 implements automatic session timeout for extended periods of inactivity, but this does not substitute for personal diligence in securing your Account.
5.1 Deposits. The minimum single deposit on angin88 is RM 30. Deposits are accepted via the payment methods listed on the Platform, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, GrabPay, FPX, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible. angin88 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts, regardless of the reason. Identity verification documents may be required before the first withdrawal is processed.
5.3 Processing Times. angin88 targets withdrawal processing within the same business day for verified Accounts. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment channel; e-wallet withdrawals (TnG eWallet, DuitNow) typically complete within 10–30 minutes. angin88 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on angin88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). angin88 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.
5.5 AML Compliance. angin88 operates in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under its international gaming licence. The Platform reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where a transaction triggers AML review protocols, and to report transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by angin88 are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion. Where general Terms and promotion-specific terms conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. angin88 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or close the relevant Account, if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk or opposing bets to complete wagering requirements artificially; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.
6.4 Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the promotional validity period will expire automatically and will not be reinstated.
7.1 All games available on angin88 — including live casino, slots, and sportsbook — are governed by their respective game rules published on the Platform. By participating in any game, you accept the applicable rules.
7.2 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical error, software fault, or communication failure that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, angin88 reserves the right to void the relevant round or wager and return stakes to the Player's Wallet. angin88 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond our control.
7.3 Bet Acceptance. For sportsbook products, all bets are subject to acceptance at angin88's discretion. angin88 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet without explanation. Accepted bets are binding and cannot be cancelled by the Player once confirmed.
7.4 Obvious Errors. Where a price, odds, or game outcome is the result of an obvious error (including pricing errors, system errors, or manifest human error), angin88 reserves the right to void the relevant bet or transaction and correct the error. This applies regardless of whether the Player profited from the error.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on angin88:
8.2 Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, withholding of any Wallet balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
9.1 All content on the angin88 Platform, including but not limited to logos, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and audiovisual elements, is the property of angin88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from angin88.
10.1 The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by angin88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, identity verification, AML compliance, and communications related to your Account.
11.1 angin88 is committed to responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to use the voluntary tools available within their Account settings, including deposit limits, wager limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude from angin88 may do so by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion is effective within 24 hours and remains in force for the period requested by the Player (minimum 6 months for indefinite exclusion). Self-excluded players must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period.

11.4 🔞 angin88 does not permit persons under 21 years of age to use the Platform under any circumstances.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, angin88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses of profits, data, or goodwill.
12.2 angin88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their angin88 Wallet in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12.3 angin88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk.
13.1 angin88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or where required by legal or regulatory obligation.
13.2 Upon Account closure for breach, any Wallet balance that was obtained through fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity may be forfeited. Genuine, uncontested cash balances will be returned to the Player subject to standard identity verification requirements.
13.3 Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting angin88 customer support. Voluntarily closed Accounts with a positive Wallet balance will have that balance returned to the original payment method following identity verification.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which angin88 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
14.2 Where the angin88 licence includes a dispute resolution mechanism through the licensing authority, Players may escalate unresolved complaints through that channel after exhausting angin88's internal complaint process.
14.3 Internal Complaint Process. Players wishing to raise a formal complaint must do so in writing by contacting angin88 customer support. angin88 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 2 business days and aims to resolve complaints within 14 business days.
15.1 angin88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published at angin88.win/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Updated" date.
15.2 Where amendments are material, angin88 will notify registered Players via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
15.3 If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date. angin88 will return any Wallet balance to you following standard verification procedures.
